Hello my lovely gluten free baker!

I hope you're doing great, and here's some quick news for you:

First, there's a new recipe on the channel... easy, gluten free and delicious seeded baguettes:

They're crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, delicious and super easy to make! I really hope you'll love them as much as we do in my home. You can click here to watch the video.​

I was out of action for a few weeks because of surgery on my right hand, but I'm almost 100% recovered now, and I'll be publishing regular videos again!

This week's will be a gluten free bread recipe, using my new bread machine. I'm excited to share this with you!
