Nearly 7pm here in my part of the world...

And I'm in trouble, Reader...

Pizza's in the oven.

We eat in 10 minutes.

And I haven't written my email to you yet!

I broke my own rule this morning and got distracted instead of doing the important tasks first.

So now I'm running late, tired, uninspired, and not proud of myself at all.

But there's an important lesson here, that should help you.

It's a simple trick I can share, that will make you fiercely productive and help you move forward faster.

Here it is:

  • at the end of each day, list the top three "things" you need to do to grow your business
  • and start your day by doing these

Get up an hour earlier than usual if needed - but do this, and you'll see a big difference, I promise you.

Pick three tasks that will make a difference and help you generate some income (either directly or indirectly).

I'm talking tasks such as:

  • writing an email to your list
  • creating a lead magnet
  • creating or editing content
  • replying to comments on your content
  • replying to messages that might lead to a sale

I'm NOT talking about spending an hour on Canva picking a new colour scheme for your website or designing a new logo ;-)
