one + two + five equals...

Are you trying to get traffic to your links, Reader?

Of course you are! And you're not the only one: we all are.

Without traffic, no one sees your offers.

And if no one sees your offers, you don't make money.

Which sucks - because, let's face it, we all want, and need to, make money.

Now I started a new traffic experiment a week ago: a 30-day Pinterest challenge.

And my blood pressure rose a little when I peeked at my analytics this morning...

Barely 48 hours after publishing my first "pins", I have a whooping 190 impressions!

That means 190 times, Pinterest has shown my content to people who are actively searching for what I offer.

This is without me spending a dime on ads or engaging on the platform at all!

All I've done is create one account, two boards and ten pins!

Now at this stage I have no idea if this will translate to actual clicks or dollars (it's obviously still too early). But the fact that Pinterest is already picking up and showing my content is rather exciting.

If you want to learn more about how to do this yourself, click here to watch my "Week 1 progress" video on YouTube.

You'll discover what I did, how long it took, and how you can do it too.

I share everything, including an AI prompt to speed things up - that you're very welcome to copy and use for yourself.

I'll keep you updated on this one - I have a hunch it could turn out to be a great traffic source!

Speak soon,

Sophie

Do you ever sit down to "work on your business" and just stare at the screen? You know you need to do something... but what exactly? There's so much you to do, right? So much you could do... so much you should do... Posting on social media, writing an email, creating a video, answering DMs and comments... The list is endless and it can be so f***ing overwhelming! So you end up scrolling through other people's content, feeling more and more like everyone else has got their sh*t together and is...

"One day I'll fly, said the caterpillar... and everyone laughed, except the butterfly..." This quote was framed, and placed on the wall of the restaurant where I sat with my mother on Saturday night. It was there, just behind her. Almost winking at me and reminding me to smile (dinner with someone who's brain is gradually getting destroyed by Alzheimer's is... well... there are no words really...) And I thought: "I must share this with my followers next week." This email is for you, Reader,...

Bicycle parked on a wooden bridge casting a shadow

Have you ever heard of Sir David Brailsford? I hadn't, until I heard his extraordinary story in a podcast the other day. It's a story of bicycles, pedals and podiums... Now I know nothing about professional cycling, Reader, but I learned that for more than 100 years, the British were terrible at it. Apparently they were so bad that one bike manufacturer refused to sell them bikes because they were worried it would hurt their brand! This is where Sir David B. comes in. He was hired as British...
